Building design services includes plans and specifications suitable to obtain accurate cost estimations and building permits
Building design fees are generally fixed fee, based upon a percentage of estimated building costs. Contact me for more specific information.
Photography services include Fine Art photographs and Real Estate photography including still images, video, ‘Matterport’ 3D video tours and drone imaging.
Fine Art photos can be purchased in several ways, including limited edition digital files or high quality prints using archival papers and inks, sized to your preference. Prices vary depending on size of print and whether you want to own an original exclusively, from a limited edition run or a non-exclusive image available to others. Contact me for rates.
Real Estate photography fees are based upon the following:
Tier 1 15-20 still photos
2 20-30 still photos
( with or without video)
3 Large properties, 30+ still photos, video w/music
Matterport 3D - Cost is per square foot of building. May vary due to size of property.
Drone imaging - Hourly, 1/2 or full day rate depending on size of property and amount of footage desired.
